All brushes, sponges, and tools are thoroughly sanitized between each use to ensure the highest hygiene standards.
We use only skin-safe, hypoallergenic, and non-toxic face paints that are approved for cosmetic use.
A patch test is available upon request for those with sensitive skin or concerns about potential reactions.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone showing signs of illness to protect the health and safety of all clients.

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of the reservation. The remaining balance is due on the day before the event.
All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your booking, the deposit will not be returned, but it may be used as a credit toward a future booking with Paint Me Crazy, subject to availability.
**Credits must be used within 12 months of the original event date unless otherwise approved.
Clients may reschedule their booking up to 7 days before the event without any additional fee. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the event may incur an additional charge.
We accept payments via Cash & E-Transfers. The deposit can be made to info@paintmecrazy.com at the time of booking.
Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Once the deposit is paid, you will receive a confirmation email.

All paints and materials used are non-toxic and FDA-approved for cosmetic use.
Face painting is recommended for children aged 2 and above.
**Younger children may experience sensitivty to face paints.**
Please inform the face painter of any known allergies or skin sensitivities before painting.
Face paint is temporary and can be removed easily with soap and water.
